We had a fantastic long weekend at Beachhouse at the beautiful Dicky Beach. The property has everything you need and extra features like a great cinema room with excellent seating and spacious kitchen and entertaining areas. We had 3 couples staying so having 3 bathrooms was perfect and there was plenty of parking for our 3 cars. The location is great with a short walk to the really nice surf beach and park, local shops and the amazing coastal pathways. (The walk to Moffats and Caloundra is highly recommended!) We had a great stay and look forward to returning again!

This was a perfect location for our family get-together. The house was perfect, with everything you could need, in a really good location, close to shops and the beach. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. We all had a great time, and we can highly recommend a stay here.

This place is one of the best Air BnB houses I’ve (we’ve ) stayed at. Nicola was very proactive, very easy to communicate with, even had a personal touch of welcome gift pack (many thanks it was given to our birthday boy). It’s a home away from home. This place was overflowing with amenities from games- indoor and outdoor, pool toys, kitchen equipment and gadgets, cleaning equipment, even first aid, and so we’ll organised. With Four spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, media room and an open plan living kitchen and dining room it was a great place for 8 people. So close to the beach and other amenities yet in a quiet and safe location. We definitely cleaned and left the place as we found it was the day we came. Many thanks , Nicola. Hope you’ll host us again next time.

“Dicky Beach Beach House review” Cannot praise this place enough!!! From the warm greeting we received to being given an extra hour to vacate. The house is spotless and has everything imaginable supplied, right down to blu tac and birthday candles. The kitchen is a chefs delight with an abundance of serving platters, crockery, containers, fine glass wear but also child friendly dinnerware. The upstairs activity cupboard had so much on offer for children it was like a toy store, not to mention all the interesting novels. The pool area is just perfect and all the pool toys were such an unexpected bonus. We ensured the bbq was as spotless as when we arrived. It was a lovely surprise to find lots of necessities such as glad wrap, washing liquid, condiments, freezer bags left from previous visitors and we obviously added to it all and paid it forward. Thanks for creating such a beautiful family environment 10/10

We are happily writing this review for 3 Neill Street Dicky Beach, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are a group of six women who trained at the kids hospital in Sydney over 46 years ago. Each year we have our annual “kids nurses” get together. We usually spend our gatherings South of Sydney and every third year here on the Sunny Coast. This time we hit the jackpot.
“Perfect” is the word that came to us all when we talked about our 3 night stay. We wanted for nothing. We are a little fussy, we like everything to run smoothly as it’s such a short time frame.
Position was perfect as it’s a 2 minute walk from the patrolled Dicky Beach, and the DB Surf Life Saving club where we had a delicious lunch. There is every type of shop that you could possibly need just around the corner, including coffee shops, a chemist, IGA and a BWS.
The home itself was clean, spacious, easily accessed, quiet, very comfortable and had the bonus of garage parking for our two cars. The pool was great, with table seating indoors and outdoors under cover. The kitchen was amazing and the most well equipped we’ve ever had, we wanted for nothing. The media room was fun and cosy.
Nicola from Beachhouse Accom was so pleasant and professional to deal with. Meeting us at the door when we arrived and leaving a special treat for us as well as comprehensive information. This is the first time in the many, many years of hiring homes that we did not need to call anyone because something went wrong, because everything was covered and went right, it was perfect! 
Guess where we’re hoping to book next year…

What a wonderful Easter break with our family of 6 adults and 2 children. A fabulous home with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing break. The sparkling pool, amazing media room and the beach only a short stroll away made our stay just perfect. You won’t be disappointed!

This was a wonderful house, nicely set up, clean, spacious and we were pleasantly surprised that it was very well equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, many additional things that you don't normally get in an Airbnb. We felt right at home. the location is excellent, walking distance to the shops and the beach. Dicky Beach is a great location with a skate park, toilets, picnic area, the beach is awesome. We would be happy to stay here again.

We had an excellent multi generation family holiday at Dicky Beach Retreat. The property is in such a great location, a short walk to the beach, park, shops and surf club and only a 7 minute drive to Caloundra Esplanade. The house was so well equipped and roomy for us all. It would be great to have air conditioning throughout in the summar months but the ocean breeze mighr be enough with the ample windows open. Thanks for a great place to stay!

What a fabulous property - plenty of space and comprehensively equipped. Fantastically located for the the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Host was very responsive and helpful which made check-in super easy. Would stay here again -- loved it!
