'Nicola and Beachhouse was a fantastic host to deal with. Very understanding of our needs. We were there as my father was in the private hospital having major surgery. I booked only days before, they were accommodating when I needed to extend the stay and then when circumstances changed, and we left earlier, they gave us a refund of the extra nights (within terms). this was appreciated more than they can understand. The property itself is clean, modern, and exactly what we needed at this time. Mum and I could cook or get take away and eat at home and relax between trips to the hospital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, couples with friends, families etc. You are closer to the beach than you think, we had the doors and windows open, sitting on the couch, and then later in bed, listening to the waves. The area is quiet, and we felt safe, even coming home after dark. Having the washing machine and all the other amenities, was a big relief for us. I highly recommend the host and the property. Thank you for a great and effortless transaction. Much appreciated.'

Loved our stay here, the accommodation was perfect. The house was lovely & clean, also it had everything we needed for a week long stay. We enjoyed our morning walks to Dicky Beach too (only a short, very easy stroll away).

A modern, spacious, sparkling clean home in a quiet cul-de-sac with the hustle of street-side restaurants and grocery shopping a short walk away. Our family of 5 had a cool, comfortable stay in this quiet neighborhood and enjoyed our scenic walks to the nearby beach which was also super. Nicola was warm and quick to respond through the initial enquiry to our check-out. Highly recommended!

Extremely comfortable place to stay. Well catered for in terms of providing cleaning materials eg dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent etc which we didn’t need to buy at all. Also kitchen was extremely well stocked in terms of pots and pans and utensils etc. Bedding was also very comfortable which is not always the case with other holiday accommodation that we have stayed at. I would definitely recommend this house.

My family said I did a great job in choosing this house. We especially enjoyed the back garden area. Though the house was close to other houses, the fencing made it feel private. There were flowers and trees that added to our enjoyment. The house was as described. It is nothing fancy, but there was plenty of room and it was well-stocked with plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, and utensils. Be sure to note that sheets and towels are not included, but they can be arranged through the host for a small fee. Also, be sure to look closely at the listing as this house is not right on the beach. We were in town to visit a relative, and we accessed the beach from his house, so I’m not sure exactly how difficult the walk is. There is a huge TV and 2 separate lounge area inside the house. The host communicated well with me. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. I would highly recommend this house.

Serenity Beachhouse Dicky Beach

A perfect beach retreat situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with off-street parking for 2 cars. Just a 4 minute walk th the Dicky Beach shopping village and beach precinct.. The house features fully zoned ducted air-conditioning with humidity control in every room as well as overhead ceiling fans. Offering open plan living with easy access and no stairs. The living space features a massive 65” smart HD TV and unlimited WIFI. The property has recently been styled with new furniture, decor and quality mattresses.

The master, king bedroom, situated at the front of the property has an en suite with shower and walk in dressing room.

The other 2 bedrooms (a King and a Queen), at the rear of the property share a large bathroom.

Bedroom 2 – King bed or 2 king single beds

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

The outdoor area includes a dining setting for 6 and an electric Weber BBQ as well as a day bed for that afternoon snooze or book.

If you choose not to cook there is a selection of restaurants, cafes and takeaway in the Dicky Beach shopping village which is a 4 minute walk away and features a small IGA supermarket, a BWS bottle shop, a local pharmacy and a family butcher.

The award winning Giggling Goat Emporium sorts out your leisurely breakfast and for the coffee connoisseur Between the Flags espresso bar is not to be missed (be tempted by their Portuguese tarts!).

The Wreck restaurant at the surf club is popular with locals and visitors alike.

The Dicky Beach foreshore area includes a new Skate Park and upgraded park facilities

The extensive coastal pathway provides enjoyable exercise with sweeping sea views and extends North to Currimundi and South through Kings Beach to Golden Beach.

Caloundra CBD and Kings beach with its ocean pool is 5 minutes away by car.
